From bummer to BUMMER. This week, we start with Joel & Ellie from The Last of Us, a pair of apocalypse survivors whose relationship is as troubled as it is troubling. After that, we move on to Jaina Proudmoore & Thrall from the Warcraft series: a relationship notable not so much for its amazing writing, but the wildly shifting direction of a dozen writers pulling in different directions. How did the nice, peace-loving mage girl become a raging xenophobe? Well… listen, they needed a Twist. Sigh.
