You know how, when- ok. You probably don’t know this. Or at least you shouldn’t, this is dumb knowledge to have. But. Hideo Kojima made Metal Gear for the MSX, right? And there were ports and stuff. Whatever. When time came to make a sequel, they asked members of the team, sans Kojima, to make a game. And the game they made was Metal Gear 2: Snake’s Revenge. Interesting game imo. But THEN those team members went to Kojima (according to Hideo, anyway) and said “it’s not the same without you, can we make a proper Metal Gear 2 together?” And that was the birth of Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.
Anyway I was trying to make a comparison between the Metal Gear 2s and the multiple Gundam Mk-IIIs but I have really lost the thread at this point.
